The Centre Knit

A graphic tee built around expression, movement, and the marks left behind. The Centre Knit is cut from 210 GSM cotton jersey in a relaxed drop-shoulder silhouette and finished with a washed treatment that softens both the fabric and artwork. The front is anchored by an oversized barbed-wire peace symbol layered beneath handwritten notes, sketches, signatures, and faded graphics that stretch across the body and sleeves. Rather than a single graphic placement, the artwork feels accumulated over time, creating the appearance of a garment that has been written on, altered, and passed through different hands.

The back takes a more restrained approach, featuring subtle BLDG4 typography and Union of Allied Craftsman references beneath scattered distressing and worn details. Reverse seam construction exposes stitching throughout the garment, reinforcing the reconstructed feel, while washing treatments create natural highs and lows across the surface. The result is a piece that feels lived in rather than newly printed.

Heavy breaking is applied at the collar, sleeves, and hem, with additional wear throughout the garment to create an aged appearance.
