Concert Hall Knit

A football-inspired jersey reworked through layered graphics, distressing, and heavy surface treatment. The Concert hall jersey is cut from 210 GSM cotton French terry in an oversized silhouette with extended sleeves, blending the proportions of a vintage football jersey with the weight and structure of a knit tee. The Medium Green base is covered with handwritten graphics, notes, signatures, and archival-style markings that create the feeling of a garment that has been collected, altered, and passed through different hands over time.

At the center of the garment, an oversized peace symbol wrapped in barbed wire serves as the focal point, layered over additional BLDG4 graphics and typography. Contrast athletic stripes run across both sleeves, reinforcing the jersey-inspired foundation while balancing the dense artwork throughout the body. Potassium spray and enzyme stone washing create tonal highs and lows across the fabric, giving the garment a naturally aged appearance rather than a flat graphic finish.

Distressing is applied throughout the collar, hem, sleeves, and body, with scattered holes, abrasions, loose threads, and broken edges creating texture across the garment. A front and back yoke construction references classic athletic uniforms, while the oversized fit and worn detailing push the piece into a more expressive space.
